Job summary

Access Services is hiring a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful, connected lives in their communities. The CPS Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality supports, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and help ensure individuals meet goals in their Support Plans.

The role requires mobility and regular travel across Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, with a possible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• ANADD, RBT, CNA, or BCBA certification preferred if bachelor’s degree is not met.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs in various settings and support staff to achieve positive outcomes.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations about career development and engagement.
• Provide direct care and direct support hours as needed, including transfers and changes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in crisis resolution and staff planning for interventions.
• Assist in hiring and orienting new DSPs and conduct case reviews.
• Review and ensure timely implementation of Person-Centered Support Plans.
• Maintain documentation and prepare data on caseloads and services.
• Travel within the region to support staff and community partners.
