Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and promoting community integration welcome.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Central Residential Services and community organizations to educate staff and promote positive membership.
• Assist in evaluation and monitoring of integration plans to model best practices.
• Participate as ISP team member; complete documentation and attend meetings as assigned.
