Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the non-profit sector with emphasis on social services is preferred.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite; extensive Lotus Notes experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily aspects of the Social Services Office.
• Interview, evaluate, document and provide assistance for services (food, clothing, shelter, utilities, transportation).
• Maintain and update client files in the TSA computer program.
