Job summary

Portland Timbers SC is seeking a part-time Community Impact Coordinator to support the Stand Together platform and the Community & Social Impact department. The role focuses on coordinating community requests, ticket fulfillment, inventory, and program logistics with strong organizational and communication skills.

You will work closely with the Community Impact Manager and SVP to execute community programs, events, and experiences professionally, including evenings, weekends, and game days as

Responsibilities

• Manage Stand Together emails and voicemail.
• Maintain the Stand Together department calendar and schedule.
• Assist with scheduling external activities and community engagements.
• Maintain accurate department records and operational information.
• Coordinate ticket, merchandise, certificate, experience, and suite fulfillment.
• Manage ticket distributions, donated items, and fulfillment activity.
• Provide operational support for Community Impact programs and events.
• Support league activations and reporting as needed.
• Coordinate materials for Community Impact reports and collateral.
