Job summary

Portland Timbers is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to build strong relationships with Timbers Annual Members and drive retention and revenue through referrals. You will deliver exceptional service at Providence Park and manage member accounts in SeatGeek and Microsoft Dynamics.

The role requires at least one year in customer service or account management, preference for sports or hospitality familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service or account management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as SeatGeek and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sports, entertainment, hospitality, or membership-based organizations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renew and retain assigned Timbers Annual Member accounts.
• Generate incremental revenue through referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Timbers Annual Members and Providence Park guests.
• Maintain accurate account records in SeatGeek and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Gather and manage member demographic and account information.
• Assist with relocation, transfer, and renewal processes.
• Support membership benefit fulfillment and program execution.
• Plan and execute Annual Member events and experiences.
• Serve as the primary in-season liaison for assigned Annual Member accounts with proactive outreach and issue resolution.
• Attend and work Timbers home matches and Providence Park events as scheduled.
