Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for Community Impact Coordinators.
• Support operations and administration of the Community Impact department.
• Establish processes for successful goal setting among staff.
• Manage and support communications for Community Impact.

Skills

Experience in housing, real estate, or resident services

Project management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong oral and written communication skills

Problem-solving skills
