Job summary

The YMCA of Southern Nevada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives across our association. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will craft engaging content, coordinate campaigns, manage day-to-day social media, and assist with email and website communications to promote membership, programs, events, and community impact.

Based at the Centennial Hills YMCA in Las Vegas, this part-time, in-person role requires 25–30 hours weekly, with occasional

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, social media, or related area; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; photography and videography skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing requests from YMCA branches and departments.
• Support campaigns for membership, programs, events, and fundraising.
• Maintain marketing calendars and assist with analytics and reporting.
• Create and edit social media content, emails, and website updates.
• Design promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across materials.
• Assist with multimedia projects and event marketing.
