Job summary

You will oversee sponsorships, charitable giving, and employee volunteer programs, while collaborating with Marketing to amplify impact.

This role requires strategic planning, strong relationship-building, and budget management to drive meaningful community outcomes and align with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 6+ years in community development/engagement with at least 2 years of leadership.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience forging strategic partnerships and coordinating programs.
• Knowledge of credit union operations or financial literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement efforts and develop strategic partnerships to connect Kohler Credit Union, members, and communities.
• Oversee sponsorships, charitable giving, and employee volunteer programs while partnering with Marketing to maximize impact.
• Manage the Community Impact budget, track engagement and outcomes, and identify opportunities to expand reach.
• Build relationships, inspire employee involvement, and strengthen the communities Kohler Credit Union serves.
