Provail in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Job Development Specialist I to support people with disabilities in discovering meaningful careers. You’ll manage a caseload, develop employment plans, conduct discovery, and build relationships with inclusive employers in the community.

You’ll travel between service sites, provide on-the-job coaching, and help participants move into sustainable roles. Training is provided, with opportunities for promotion and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of employment services, social work, disability services, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Reliable transportation required to travel between regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and document monthly service hours.
• Develop person-centered employment plans aligned with interests and goals.
• Conduct discovery to assess skills and preferences for job fit.
• Conduct vocational assessments to tailor learning styles.
• Develop marketing materials and build employer relationships.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and monitor progress.
