Job summary

PROVAIL seeks an Employment Consultant to support people with disabilities on their career journeys and to partner with local businesses to build inclusive workplaces. You will manage a caseload, develop employment plans, and provide on-the-job coaching in South King County regions and Seattle areas.

This entry‑level role emphasizes social work/human services, disability employment, and community impact, with daily driving in your own vehicle required and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant work experience in employment services, social work, or related field.
• Or a bachelor’s degree in a related field in place of experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide person-centered employment plans.
• Develop employer relationships and match participants to meaningful roles.
• Offer on-the-job coaching and supports; monitor progress and celebrate outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, funders, and providers to ensure wraparound success.
