Qualifications

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, families and staff.
• Self-motivation, organization, and deadlines.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient in use of computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Vocational and Community Inclusion clients.
• Assist employers in identifying, setting up and facilitating jobs for clients.
• Provide job coaching and promote career development for clients.
• Maintain timely case notes and documentation.
• Communicate progress with Program Coordinator and Director.
