Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Youth Empowerment Programs Facilitator to implement and oversee youth programs across multiple sites, including targeted schools and community settings for ages 11–24.

The role focuses on delivering engaging programming, developing site activities, and promoting program awareness to maximize youth participation and positive outcomes within the YMCA’s community initiatives.

Qualifications

• The Youth Empowerment Programs Facilitator is responsible for implementing the YMCA’s Youth Empowerment Programs across multiple site locations.
• These locations include targeted schools and community settings serving young people ages 11–24.
