Job summary

Together Morgan County seeks a dynamic Community Impact Coordinator to support day-to-day communications, administration, and data functions across a cross-sector coalition. You will build relationships with partners, organize outreach, and help align activities with shared goals for early learning outcomes in Morgan County.

As part of a small team, you will coordinate with Morgan County Schools and Save the Children, manage events, and assist with advocacy and reporting to ensure equitable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' work experience with 1+ year in community outreach and coordination.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives (e.g., superintendents, mayors, agency leaders).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with facilitation ability.
• Commitment to equity in partners' collaborative work and shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate inclusive, equitable, and culturally relevant community initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a diverse cross-sector list of partners and events.
• Organize outreach activities and follow up with partners and events.
• Coordinate research and education activities with partners to align strategies.
• Update outreach strategy with anchor institutions and working groups as needs evolve.
• Coordinate communications, reports, and yearly progress summaries for stakeholders.
