Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to learn new database systems.

Responsibilities

• Review rent assistance requests and gather required documentation.
• Communicate with neighbors and landlords; approve and submit payments.
• Provide front desk support and assist Graceworkers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of neighbor information and support with scheduling.
• Collaborate with community partners and donors; participate in events.
