Job summary

POSITIONSUMMARY

TheFacilitiesAssociate isresponsibleformaintainingall GraceWorksphysicalpropertiesincludingbuildings and equipmentutilizedfor operations of the ministry.Thisinvolvesorganizingandcoordinatingrepairs andupgradeprojectstobe completed either personally, through volunteers, or bypaid partner service companies.TheFacilitiesAssociate position alsoassistsin the management of warehouse storage spacesfor food supplies, in‑kind donations, and Manger inventory.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Maintain warehouse,assistingwith storage of food/retail/Mangeritems.
• Maintainandoperateequipmentinthewarehouse,suchaslifttrucksorpalletjacks, power tools, etc.
• Overseerepairstothefacilityasneededandoccasionalrepairofslightlydamagedfurnituretobesold.
• Participateincampus safety initiatives &lead inmaintainingOSHA workplace standards.
• Confirmall safety procedures andequipmenttobefollowedandmaintained.
• Coordinatecommunicationswithcleaningserviceforcompliance, supplies, andspecial cleaning requests.
• Workwith service contractors tofacilitatemaintenance, upkeep, andrepairof Grace-Healthcare **continue**
• Interactinaprofessionalandpleasantmannerwithalldonors,customers,andvolunteers.
• Managethe upkeep, maintenance, andrepairofallGraceWorks equipment.
• DriveGraceWorks vehiclesasnecessarytohelpwithpickups and drop-offs.
• BeabletotelltheGraceWorksstorytoanyonewhoasks.
• Abletoreacttochange proactivelyandhandleallotherduties/essentialtasksasassigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular supervision of volunteer groupsworkingonfacilitiesprojects.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
