Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Housekeeper in the Tampa area to maintain cleanliness across community spaces, model units, and vacant apartments. You will help create a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants by ensuring high cleaning standards and organization.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and adherence to safety protocols. This position is based on-site with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other common areas
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning floors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow company safety and cleaning protocols
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
