Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, pool area, vacancy turnover, waste disposal, inventory management, and safe handling of cleaning products.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Apartment industry experience is preferred.
Detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time well.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain interior and exterior spaces including lobbies, lounges, pool area, and chairs.
Clean interior units upon vacancy and during turnover.
Empty and clean trash, transport waste to disposal area.
Keep housekeeping materials organized and request reorders as needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning products on janitorial carts.
Sweep, mop, scrub tile and flooring as needed.
Vacuum all carpeted areas as needed.
Work indoors and outdoors; adapt to outdoor temperatures.
Handling heavy lifting and climbing ladders may be required.
