Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain our apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will prepare vacant units for move-in and keep offices and amenities clean, while delivering courteous service to residents.

Regular on-site work, adherence to safety policies, and timely response to work orders are required. This safety-sensitive role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities, common areas, and grounds of the apartment community.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain daily cleaning of offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Uphold community policies and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image.
