Job summary

The Franklin Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Housekeeper- Southern Pine to maintain cleanliness of community buildings and amenities. This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will clean vacant units, the leasing office, and common areas daily, keep supplies stocked, and uphold safety and appearance standards. The position is non-exempt with hourly pay between $13.00 and $19.92.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include less than high school or equivalent.
• Ability to read simple text and basic numbers.
• Willingness to follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and keep vacancies fresh.
• Clean model apartments, leasing office, amenities, and common areas daily.
• Maintain clubhouse and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual circumstances and maintain professional appearance and attitude.
