Job summary

Home Creations in the Cleveland, TX area and surrounding Houston markets seeks an experienced Community Sales Manager to oversee the selling and closing process for new residential homes across multiple show sites.

The role requires coordinating with Area Sales Manager and Sales Director, marketing residential communities, and leading show-home activities to deliver outstanding customer service and timely closings. Weekend availability and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in any industry preferred.
• Associate's degree or two years of college/university completion required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community sales and supervise selling and closing processes for new residential homes in the Cleveland, TX area and surrounding Houston locations.
• Market residential communities and maintain show homes.
• Negotiate and sign contracts; set closings; work with lenders.
