Job summary

LEGACY CLOVER MGMT, LLC is seeking a Full Time Sales Consultant to drive home sales in the community and deliver a professional, responsive buyer experience. The role handles the sales process from inquiry to closing, including tours, applications, and coordination with the sales team.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple prospects while maintaining a polished, customer-focused environment. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in Home Sales Experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, new home sales, residential leasing, hospitality, or other customer-facing consultative sales environments encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Sell Legacy-owned homes within the community and be the welcoming first contact for buyers.
• Respond promptly to all leads via phone, walk-ins, email, text, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct home and community tours; present homes, pricing and features clearly.
• Maintain inventory knowledge and ensure homes are show-ready; support open houses and events.
