Legend Senior Living is seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will perform resident care service sales, engage in outreach, conduct tours for prospective residents, and manage the full sales process. You will help families choose a new home for their loved one.

The role involves developing outreach, executing lead events, and supporting occupancy goals, with opportunities for bonuses and recognition. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or sales support.
• College degree in business/marketing or relevant field.
• Drug-free workplace; may require evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial contact, follow-up, and residence tours for potential residents and families.
• Develop outreach programs to raise community awareness of the residence.
• Plan and execute lead events according to the approved schedule.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document all sales activity.
• Coordinate the 100 Hours/100 Days program and assist with the Ready for Company standard.
