Job summary

Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Full Time Community Manager in Ocala, Florida to supervise and optimize day-to-day operations of a manufactured home community. You will manage rent collections, enforce park rules, maintain files, and deliver excellent customer service while developing community relationships.

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least three years of property management experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Efficiently operates Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

• Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules.
