Job summary

AMG | Association Management seeks an HOA Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7–18 developing communities. You will advise developers, coordinate vendors, inspect sites, prepare updates, and manage records with a focus on clear communication and HOA best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, project management, vendor coordination, or business development.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to engage professionally with a variety of personalities and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to self-manage and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of developing communities (7–18) and coordinate with developers on HOA decisions.
• Oversee all vendors and ensure contractual obligations are met and site inspections are conducted.
• Prepare weekly updates, monthly newsletters, and maintain community records.
• Lead and organize board and community meetings, including two annual Town Halls, including notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Handle financial matters including collection of association fees and coordination with council or board.
