Job summary

You will follow schedules, perform daily vehicle checks, maintain accurate logs, and communicate any changes to the dispatcher. Prior driving experience and a clean driving record are required or preferred, with CDL passenger

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required.
• Experience with mental health or substance use populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate agency vehicles to transport clients to appointments and services.
• Maintain professional, courteous attitude with clients, families, and staff.
• Adhere to daily transportation schedules and communicate changes to the dispatcher.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain logs of mileage, passengers, destinations, and incidents.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality on all rides.
• Respond calmly to emergencies during transportation.
• Assist staff with transportation-related tasks as assigned.
