Westfield's Hospital is hiring a Van Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for patients to and from Westfield's Hospital & Clinic. This role supports community health by ensuring timely and secure rides.

Work Schedule: FTE .5 (20 hrs weekly), Day Shift. Requirements include being 21+ and holding a valid Wisconsin driver's license; preferred HS diploma and van driving experience. We value dependable, safety-focused drivers who respect patient confidentiality and follow policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from the clinic and hospital.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe environment.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and Corporate Integrity Program requirements.
• Complete required education, training, licensure/certification, and Employee Health and Wellness requirements on time.
