Job summary

Community Care Cooperative is seeking a Pharmacist I-III to oversee medication distribution and collaborate with health center physicians on therapy plans. The role includes inventory management, 340B program oversight where applicable, and direct patient interaction to answer medication questions.

The Pharmacist will supervise technicians, ensure compliance with state and federal drug laws, and maintain accurate records while supporting infection-control and safety protocols across the pharmacy

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from ACPE‑accredited college (Pharmacy).
• Valid state pharmacist license.
• CPR/CPR‑AED certification required or current.
• MTM certification preferred.
• Bachelor/Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides medication distribution oversight and counsels patients on drug therapies.
• Collaborates with physicians to determine medications and dosages.
• Manages inventory and 340B program oversight as applicable.
• Organizes and directs technicians' workflow and verifies orders and inspections.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal drug laws and maintains records.
