Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) seeks a Pharmacist I-III onsite in Massachusetts to oversee medication distribution and collaborate with health center physicians to determine drug therapies and dosages. The pharmacist will manage inventory, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, supervise technicians, and support clinical programs to optimize patient outcomes and adherence.

Strong communication with senior leadership and education of clinic staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Valid state pharmacist license.
• CPR or CPR/AED certification.
• MTM certification preferred.
• Vaccination requirement per Mass.gov guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmacy information to health care professionals and counsels patients on drug therapies.
• Develops clinic staff's pharmacy knowledge through clinical programs and training.
• Performs medication reconciliation and comprehensive medication reviews.
• Identifies barriers to adherence and develops plans to improve medication-taking behavior.
• Maintains records for controlled substances and 340B inventory.
• Supervises support personnel and ensures compliance with laws.
• Maintains infection-control protocols and a safe working environment.
• Oversees pharmacy operations and directs technicians' workflow.
