Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking a Community Health Pharmacist to oversee medication distribution, collaborate with physicians on drug therapy, and manage inventory to meet local demand. The role involves guiding pharmacy operations, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, an active Massachusetts pharmacist license, CPR/CPR-AED certification, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Graduate degree from ACPE-accredited program.
• Valid state pharmacist license.
• CPR or CPR/AED certification.
• MTM certification preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy (retail, clinical, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee medication distribution to patients and advise on drug therapies.
• Communicate with health center physicians to determine meds and dosing.
• Manage inventory and 340B considerations as appropriate.
• Direct technicians workflow and verify labeling and entries.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure infection-control protocols and safe working environment.
