Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Publisher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Community Health & Outreach programs.
• Route referrals to appropriate departments or Community Health Workers.
• Maintain current list of community resources and services.
• Coordinate data entry for CPR/BLS classes and program records.
• Manage department inventory, supplies, and CareVan scheduling.
• Assist with scheduling events and preparing materials for 40+ events/year.
• Support Employee Wellness program and data entry activities.
• Contribute to community health messaging and postings.
