University of Wisconsin—Population Health Institute is seeking an Outreach Program Coordinator to support statewide CHW workforce development initiatives. The role involves administrative, operational, and project coordination tasks across two major programs, working with leadership and partners to ensure efficient implementation and documentation.

The position emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and collaboration, with travel as needed to coordinate statewide activities within the School

Qualifications

• Experience providing project coordination, program support, administrative support, or operational support for complex initiatives.
• Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, documentation, and communications across multiple partners.
• Experience maintaining project tracking systems, spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms

Responsibilities

• Schedules day-to-day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers
• Identifies opportunities for program improvement or new outreach program development
• Schedules and secures logistics and resources in support of an outreach program
• Directs the implementation of program policies and procedures
• Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships to promote the outreach program
