Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle appointment management for clinic site to optimize patient hours.
• Document all services in the EMR system.
• Manage front office tasks including patient demographics, insurance info, privacy forms, faxing and filing.
• Referral coordination with patient contact for date of appointment.
• Insurance verification on all patients requesting a visit.
• Ensure registration information is completed and updated at appointment.
