Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated professional to manage relationships with referral sources and promote Enhabit services for post-acute care transitions.

The role requires healthcare business development experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive referral growth through partnerships with physicians and hospitals. In-office attendance is essential for oversight and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing or related field (or equivalent work-experience).
• Graduate of approved school of nursing, therapy or social work preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.

Aufgaben

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, etc.).
• Promotes awareness of Enhabit services to improve post-acute care transitions and patient outcomes.
• Supports referral growth through education of program requirements to referral sources, patients and families.
