Ashby is seeking a Staff Design Engineer for the Americas to shape the UI/UX and frontend implementation of a scalable TA product. You’ll own design decisions, wireframe and prototype features, and collaborate with product engineering to ship across thousands of users.

You’ll influence the design system, drive usability improvements, and help iterate on complex workflows for recruiters and hiring managers at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping UI/UX for complex products.
• Proficiency in creating and evolving design systems.
• Ability to wireframe, prototype, and implement frontend features.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and evolve Ashby's mobile web app and UI design system.
• Build flexible, composable components to support setup wizards and flows.
• Improve information hierarchy for candidate assessments and recruiter workflows.
