Covation Center in Williamsport, PA seeks a full-time Community Manager to grow our internal coworking community and expand our footprint in the local business network. The role focuses on outreach to members, potential program partners, and funding sources, while supporting events and the back-end of offerings.

You bring superb communication, self-motivation, and willingness to learn Airtable, Clickup, Go High Level, and Slack. This is a hands-on role in a small team wearing multiple hats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• Experience in Community Building or Coworking spaces.
• Background in B2B sales or business development.
• Knowledge of Coworking and Small Business Development.
• Ability to learn and use Airtable, Clickup, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly check-ins with active members to understand their business goals and challenges.
• Foster partnerships by connecting members with potential collaborators or funders.
• Give personalized tours to illustrate Covation Center value to visitors.
• Track outreach activities and report monthly to the team.
• Support event planning and execution (minimal).
• Attend local business events to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain a running list of contacts, referrals, and potential members.
