Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Leadership — Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with members, prospective members, business leaders, elected officials, sponsors, and community partners; identify opportunities to grow membership, sponsorships, and program participation.
• Strategic Planning — Develop and execute long-term organizational strategies aligned with the Chamber's mission and community needs.
• Board Collaboration — Work closely with the Board of Directors to set priorities, report progress, and ensure effective community relations.
• Community Representation — Serve as the Chamber's primary spokesperson at public events, government meetings, and regional development discussions.
• Member Recruitment — Expand Chamber membership through outreach, relationship building, and return on investment programming.
• Member Services — Deliver high-quality support, resources, and visibility opportunities for Chamber members.
• Program Development — Create and manage networking events, educational workshops, business expos, and ribbon cuttings.
• Business Advocacy — Promote policies and initiatives that support local business growth and workforce development.
• Partnership Building — Collaborate with city/county officials, economic development organizations, and community groups to advance local projects.
• Community Revitalization — Support downtown development, small business expansion, and local entrepreneurship.
• Financial Management — Oversee budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Staff Leadership — Supervise Chamber staff, interns, and volunteers; foster a positive, productive work environment free of harassment of any type.
• Office Management — Ensure efficient daily operations, technology systems, and customer service.
