Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development/sales experience required.
• Experience in residential HOA industries or contractors/partners preferred.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to build successful referral relationships.
• Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and drive new sales through referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
