Job summary

Associa is seeking a Director of Community Growth and Development to drive revenue, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction in the Jacksonville, FL region.

You will oversee business plans, collaborate with management, identify referral sources, and lead strategic sales efforts to meet revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales, preferably in HOA & Condos.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.

• 5 -- 7 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 3 -- 5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.

The Director of Community Growth and Development is responsible for managing expectations and developing business solutions for their organizations. The Director of Community Growth and Development will oversee creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. Some of their main duties include brainstorming with otherbusiness developmentstaff to define the scope of the project, review requirements, and approve timeframes. They work well with other company managers to oversee the progress ofbusiness development.

Salary - Commensurate with candidate experience

Territory Coverage - Jacksonville, FL region

Travel - Frequent Local travel.
