New Earth Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper in Columbus, OH. This full-time, hourly role supports community operations and maintenance, reporting to the Service Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will keep grounds pristine, assist with resident needs, and participate in preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming living environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
