Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Ability to operate irrigation systems.
• Ability to lift 20 lb and push/pull 80 lb.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community and common areas.
• Keep parking lots and grounds in good condition.
• Collect and remove trash as needed.
• Weeding and edging landscape beds.
• Monitor irrigation and adjust watering as needed.
• Repair sprinkler heads and lines when required.
• Report plant health issues to management.
• Follow dress code and communicate with residents.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
