Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces and assist with property upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants. This is a full-time, hourly position with potential bonuses and weekend/evening coverage as community needs require.

The Groundskeeper will report to the Service Supervisor and Community Manager, performing general maintenance of common areas, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and collaborating with onsite staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Leader with superior customer service.
• Independent operator with time management and priority setting.
• Problem solver in fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, and vendors.
• English fluent; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance in common areas and maintain property.
• Maintain grounds and contribute to resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and repair of mechanical systems.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean at all times.
• Follow safety precautions and be courteous to residents with 5-star service.
