Job summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper in Lafayette, LA to maintain the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. The role involves outdoor maintenance and assisting with on-site model apartment cleaning as needed.

You will perform general groundskeeping tasks, keep common areas tidy, and help with make-ready processes, while following OSHA standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform light manual labor.
• Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
• Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abide by OSHA standards
• Additional duties as assigned
