Vintage Realty Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. You will perform lawn care, cleaning of common areas, and assist with model apartment readiness as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and adherence to safety guidelines in a community setting. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas.
• Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abide by OSHA standards
• Additional duties as assigned
