Responsibilities

• Walk the entire property daily, pick up all debris and trash, operate the compactor, and empty all common area trash cans.
• Keep curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair.
• Maintain and clean the pool and pool area.
• Assist in other types of maintenance when necessary.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents.
• Other duties as assigned by the service manager.
