Job summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper in Lafayette, LA to maintain the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. The role involves outdoor maintenance and assisting with on-site model apartment cleaning as needed.

You will perform general groundskeeping tasks, keep common areas tidy, and help with make-ready processes, while following OSHA standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform light manual labor.
• Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Position Summary: Vintage Realty Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community.
