Job summary

HNN Communities in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas attractive while supporting the maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school education or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to speak, read and write English.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. per I-9 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community daily to pick up trash and maintain curb appeal.
• Clean common areas, perform light checks and repairs of lighting.
• Assist with landscape tasks including mowing, edging, and planting.
• Assist in making-ready with duties and clean vacated homes.
• Remove snow and ice when applicable and distribute notices.
