Job summary

HNN Communities in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain Kendrick Landing’s grounds, amenities and curb appeal. You will support the maintenance team and ensure a well-kept community.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with competitive benefits and paid time off. Prior groundskeeping or porter experience is preferred; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English sufficiently to carry out duties.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community grounds daily and manage trash and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of walkways, offices, and amenities.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and landscape duties as needed.
• Support resident events and provide excellent customer service.
