Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness of community common areas per internal standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all community common areas in accordance with internal quality control standards
• Ensure sidewalks, parking areas, and building interiors are free of trash and debris
• Perform daily audits of community grounds and report findings to management
• Assist with apartment turnover process, as needed
• Test smoke detectors in all vacant apartments
• Maintain positive relationships with all team members and customers
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
