Job summary

Legend Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and grounds of our Maryland communities. You will service common areas, vacant units, landscaping, lighting, and safety while following a rotating weekend schedule and reporting to the Service Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year groundskeeping experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office, common areas and community.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units including removing trash from vacant apartments to make-ready.
• Assist in cleaning of available apartments and models.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Maintain awareness of proper safety precautions.
• Distribute resident communications to residents' homes.
