Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape and the property's overall appearance, delivering friendly and reliable service to residents.

You will perform daily site inspections, trash removal, notices delivery, safety checks, and assist with unit turnovers while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in a moderate-noise environment, and communicate clearly as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional work environment compliant with OSHA standards.
• Keep the property litter free and assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices and report time/attendance; perform daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures and assist with the property turn as needed.
• Support a safe, positive community environment for residents and staff.
